 The men and women of the Department are dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible to our external customers ... while trying our best to support the members who provide the service, our internal customers.

    The Pineville Fire Department is led by Fire Chief Eddie LaBorde. Chief Laborde has been with the Department since 1982. 

 Pineville, which is the 2nd largest City in Central Louisiana, it is a wonderful location to live, raise a family, operate a business, or just enjoy the beauty and hospitality as a visitor.

    The people who live and work in Pineville are very proud of their Fire Department ... as they should be. The 50+ person Department protects a population in excess of 15,000 people spread over approximately 15 square miles.

    A full range of services, including fire prevention,  safety education, fire suppression, emergency medical, hazardous materials; and a variety of technical rescue and special operations are provided to customers throughout the city.
